Hey fntb, I will answer what I can. You heard about the sheep numbers and quality, but I would say that moose & goat are a gimme in that country. They have tons of moose with a real chance for a boonie. Remember that they are south of the yukon border so their moose are classified as Canadian Moose. They have tons of goats in that 8 to 9.5" category but not many boonies from what I saw. Elk is probably some of the best in BC, but the season is only 10 days long up there and dependent on weather because they hang out in the thick trees in the valleys so they need to be bugling. They take some smoker elk. I don't know about black bear & wolf. I did see several fresh bear tracks, but didn't see one.
Although I did a backpack hunt, they have a large number of outpost cabins (like 25 or something) that they usually hunt out of. We stayed one night in a cabin before hiking out & they were better than anything I've stayed in on a sheep hunt. Food at the cabins was great - food from the backpack is what you would expect.
Weather while I was there - first two days of rain & fog so that I couldn't fly into camp, then typical mountain weather after that. Every day after the first two was huntable, with the odd rain & snow shower, and pouring rain one night. I'm not sure where you are from, but remember that they are like 4-6 weeks closer to winter than I am in southern alberta.
Terrain ranges from easy for the elk & moose to down right friggin nasty. I chose nasty for the adventure, but I know that they can accomodate pretty much anyone.
They only other thought that I would toss out there is to decide in advance what is more important - quantity of animals or quality of animals and which animals are most important to you. I don't know how long you are staying, but you listed quite a large number of animals.
