It appears that Washington's on-line licensing system is enabled to handle orders for the 2010 California Bighorn tag raffle tickets.
Some of 2009's particulars are likely still applicable -
o Anyone may participate in raffles and there is no limit to the number of raffle tickets an individual can purchase, but no refunds will be given.
o Once-in-a-lifetime restriction does not apply to raffle and auction permit holders.
o Winner will be notified and does not need to be present to win.
o One winner will be drawn for each species and the license and tag costs will be paid using the raffle funds.

Okay... For those of you wanting or needing a California Bighorn, really pay attention to what's going on in Washington state this year.
Look carefully at the permits contained within the raffles listed at http://wdfw.wa.gov/hunting/per...e_opportunities.html.
You will note that there are a total of three different California Bighorn raffle tags available in Washington this year.
To purchase tickets, go to https://fishhunt.dfw.wa.gov/WA/License/Select
Click the tab of "Hunting" at the top left-hand side of the page, to see the items that include the various California Bighorn raffle tags. Click the box associated with that item(s) and enter how many tickets you want in the "Quantity" box on the right side. Then hit "Continue" at the bottom.
