Can any member comment on whether the USF&WS allows import of Markhor Trophy in the USA ? If yes, under what notification , if not , under what rule ?

Not sure about the notification and rule but USF & WS allowed to import Markhor Trophy.Last year A hunter successfully imported his Trophy from Pakistan to US.
