Sheep enthusiasts will recognize Fergus County, Montana as incorporating a portion of the Missouri River Breaks - better know as big bighorn country.

Resident hunter, Toni Sannon made the most of what could be a once in a lifetime tag with this 204-2/8, official B&C ram taken on 9/21/2008 - just seven days into the 2008 season. By annuli count the ram was 7.5 years old.

Sannon's ram currently ranks #2 in the state behind a ram taken by James R. Weatherly in 1993 from Granite County, another known trophy ram area along Rock Creek. His ram scores 204-7/8 B&C.
