WHO MAY APPLY FOR PERMITS
Only Nebraska residents age 12 and older.

PERMITS
• One auction and one lottery permit are authorized for 2009.
• The application period for a lottery permit is April 20 - Aug. 7.
• There is a $25 nonrefundable application fee.
• Drawing held during the August 2009 Commission meeting.
