The application period is January 1 to February 28, 2009.

The price of the nonresident tag has remained $2,266 (including a $14 nonrefundable application fee). This is the same as the 2008 price. The preference point cost also remains at $100.

Preference points may be purchased from July 1 through September 30. You will use a different form (if mailing), Form 30, which is to be made available on the Wyoming Game & Fish website on June 15th.

The preference point totals, for both sheep and moose, going into the 2009 draw are now available at: http://gf.state.wy.us/download...encePointsMS2008.pdf This will show you where you are in the preference points "race".

I have not yet seen a timeline for resident application information availability.
