From: http://cafnaws.org/tickets.htm Stone Sheep Hunt Information Outfitter – Barry Tomkins High and Wild Wilderness Safaris Outfitter Website: http://www.highandwild.com/ Dates are to be agreed between Hunter and Outfitter and can be in 2008 or 2009. 2007 to backfill any cancellations Hunt is fully guided. Hunter is responsible for transportation to Outfitters designated pick up location. Although this hunt is primarily for Stone Sheep, other animals may be harvested providing the hunter has a species license for the animal(s) and the season is open. Each animal additional to the Stone Sheep will incur a fee payable in either cash, cashiers or travelers check (See Fees for Add-ons). If the animal is not taken, the fee will be refunded. Combination sheep hunts are available with pricing dependent upon species hunted (see rates below). Most of our rams are harvested at elevations below 6000’. Timberline is approximately 5000’. On rare occasions we will hunt sheep at elevations of up to 8000’. Our success rate averages 90%. Fees for Additions to Your Hunt Package Extra days: May be added to your hunt package for an additional $500.00 per day with a minimum extension of four days. Non-hunting guests: Non-hunting guests who wish to accompany the hunter are welcome on all hunts. The non-hunting rate is $300.00 per day. Additional harvest fees: For species not included in your hunt package. This additional fee will be refunded if the hunter is unsuccessful or does not critically wound the animal. A cashiers check made out to yourself or High and Wild Wilderness Safaris. is the best way to pay for the additional animals you will be hunting. This procedure allows either one of us to cash the check, depending on your success. A travelers check or cash is also acceptable but not personal checks. Taxes: Canadian residents must pay 7% GST. Non-resident hunters pay 3.5 % GST. Winner will be drawn on Saturday, May 5th, 2007, at the California FNAWS fundraising banquet / auction in Sacramento, California.
