Time to start tapping into my "reverse savings account". I call it that, because instead of interest, the Game and Fish agencies take my money, charge me fees, and then send me a refund check in a few months. However, this could be my year.....(just what every other sheep nut says). Best of luck to all that enter!

Just a correction to your post, for Alaska at least. The permit application fees are not refunded if you do not draw. I'm not sure how other States or countries handle their application fees, but Alaska does not refund those.
