There is a survey at azgfd.com that deals with the tag distributin law siut that AZ lost this summer. In short the Federal court said that the 10% cap on non residents tags was illegal. AZ is currently looking for ways around this. AZ game and fish offered this survey for public input. As an out of stater, I for one like to see a level playing field. take the five minutes and fill out the surevy. you never know it may help you draw the tag of a lifetime.
