\yeah and if you check the non resident guided mule deer draw results you will see that Garth Carter of the The Huntin Fool magazine, who was invited to speak at the last GSCO convention, applied for and was unsuccessful for a unit that was not even one of the top 5 mule deer units that he advised his subscribers to apply for!!!!!!!!! Carter is a sham!
