The application due date this year is April 3rd.

Residents may apply on-line, non-residents must apply by mail.

Remember that your application for Colorado must be postmarked by end of day Tuesday (4/3/07).

If you are a non-resident, thus cannot apply on-line, and don't have the application booklet in hand don't despair. The Colorado Division of Wildlife has apparently made the applications available on-line to print off, fill out and mail in here at the 11th hour so to speak.
